We collect information you provide directly: name, email, academic background, CV data, and interview recordings. We also collect usage data including browser type, device, and interaction patterns.
Your data is used to personalize interview questions, generate evaluations, and improve our AI models. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on DigitalOcean. Interview recordings and CV data are encrypted at rest. We retain data for as long as your account is active.
Your interview responses are processed by AI models (Google Gemini, Groq) to generate follow-up questions and evaluations. These services process data transiently and do not retain your data.
We use Sarvam AI for voice synthesis, Razorpay for payments, and Google Analytics for website analytics. Each service has its own privacy policy.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@zushroom.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
For enterprise customers, student data is accessible only to authorized administrators. We provide data processing agreements (DPAs) on request.
