1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zushroom ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zushroom is an AI-powered mock interview simulation platform. We provide:

• Realistic voice-based interview simulations for IIM, UPSC, job, and PhD preparation
• Personalized questions based on your academic and professional profile
• Performance evaluation and feedback reports
• 3 free interview credits upon registration
• Additional credits available for purchase

3. Account Registration

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to exploit free credits is prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Credits and Payments

• New accounts receive 3 free interview credits
• Additional credits can be purchased at ₹295 for 5 credits
• Credits do not expire
• Credits are non-refundable once used
• Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no interviews have been conducted with them — contact us at support@zushroom.com
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our AI models or question database
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications in your profile
• Create multiple accounts to obtain free credits fraudulently

6. AI-Generated Content

Zushroom uses AI to generate interview questions and evaluations. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

• AI-generated questions and feedback are for practice purposes only
• We do not guarantee that practice on Zushroom will result in success in actual interviews
• Evaluations are algorithmic and should be treated as guidance, not definitive assessments

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Zushroom including the AI system, question database, UI design, and brand is owned by Zushroom. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Your interview responses and profile data remain yours. You grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zushroom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. Interview simulation is inherently subjective and AI-generated feedback may not perfectly replicate real interview panels.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zushroom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of Zushroom after changes constitutes acceptance.
